These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through NZ Golf Scooters. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update details at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received and confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving full payment.

  • North Island delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • South Island delivery can range from 5 business days to 2 weeks, depending on location.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

4. Warranty

All scooters come with a 12-month mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or modifications made after purchase.
Please retain proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

5. Liability

NZ Golf Scooters is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Riders are responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear and following local laws and golf course rules when operating our scooters.

6. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or interfere with its operation.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the purchase process will only be used for order fulfillment, communication, and warranty registration. We do not sell or share your details with third parties without your consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
